Structure :

RCC framed structure with 9” External walls and 41/2” internal walls made of Bricks / Solid blocks.

Flooring :

KATNI / WHITE Marble in living and dining room. Vitrified tiles in all bedroom (2 x 2’ size), Anti skid Ceramic tiles in kitchen toilet and balcony.

Door & Windows :

Main Door : Teak wood frame with Padak / Teak shutter stainless steel hinges powder coated tower bolts, locking arrangements and anodized brass handles.

Bedroom Doors : Teak wood frame with skin shutter, stainless steel hinges, Locking arrangements with handles, powder coated tower bolts.

Water Supply:

Underground storage sump, overhead storage Tank with pumping arrangements. 1 Bore well with 4 ½” dia pipe. Exclusive metro water outlet will be provided in kitchen only

Painting :

Putty and emulsion finish for all interior walls, cement paint for ceiling and enamel paint for grills. Weatherproof paints of architect approved make and color for exterior surface.

Terrace :

Weathering course and pressed terracotta tiles will be laid in slope above a layer of HEMALITE.
