Water Supply:

Underground storage sump, overhead storage Tank with pumping arrangements. 1 Bore well with 4 ½” dia pipe. Exclusive metro water outlet will be provided in kitchen only

Painting :

Putty and emulsion finish for all interior walls, cement paint for ceiling and enamel paint for grills. Weatherproof paints of architect approved make and color for exterior surface.

Terrace :

Weathering course and pressed terracotta tiles will be laid in slope above a layer of HEMALITE.
