Chennai Apartment Complex- Kilpauk: Proposed Residential Apartments situated in Kilpauk (Central Chennai), off Poonamallee High Road and Taylors Road.The construction for the "Kilpauk" apartment complex project is expected to be launched in March 2007. The proposed apartment complex will have 9 apartments with floor area between 1700 sq.ft. and 1800 sq.ft. on a 4 ground property. The apartment complex work site is located at at 3 & 4 Valliammal Road off Umayal Street, Kilpauk in Chennai.

Chennai Apartment Complex - Perungudi II: Silpi Constructions has unveiled one more new residential apartment project in Perungudi, Chennai. The "Perungudi II "apartment complex is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by May 2007. The project consists of a Ground floor and 4 Upper floors with the Ground floor as car Park and 8 apartments on the upper floors. There are 2 apartments on each floor with a floor area of 1775 sq. ft and 1825 sq. ft. Each apartment is provided with a covered car park.

These flats are located off old Mahabalipuram road in the famous Information Technology Corridor of Chennai. Several IT parks including Wipro®, Cognizant®, Infosys® and others are located in close proximately to the site. It is about 3 KM from Tidel Park.

Chennai Apartment Complex- Perungudi: The "Perungudi" apartment complex is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by August 2006. There are 11 flats located on 4 floors one covered car park for each apartment is provided on the ground floor. The project consists of 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments with floor area of about 1000 sq. ft and 1500 sq. ft respectively.

The apartment site is situated about ½ KM off Old Mahabalipuram Road in the midst of a residential locality. The 4 ½ grounds for the apartment complex was acquired in January 2005 and construction on the flats commenced in July 2005. The project site is located on Old Mahabalipuram Road, which is the newly developing Information Technology corridor in Chennai. Additionally, Old Mahabalipuram Road is being transformed into a 6-lane highway.
